LGBTQIA+ college students, staff, and faculty; sense of belonging; curricular approaches to learning outside the classroom; learning outcome development and assessment; as well as the experiences of live-in professional staff within residential life and housing on college campuses.

Pamela is a PhD candidate in the Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy program (Student Affairs Concentration). 

Pamela's research interests broadly include LGBTQIA+ college students, staff, and faculty; sense of belonging; curricular approaches to learning outside the classroom; learning outcome development and assessment; as well as the experiences of live-in professional staff within residential life and housing on college campuses. 

Prior to the University of 浪花直播, Pamela worked for 11 years at the University of California, Santa Barbara in Residential & 浪花直播 Living. Before UCSB, she worked for 6 years at the University of New Hampshire in Housing and Residential Life. Pamela has a B.S. in Mathematics: Secondary Education and an M.Ed. in Counseling, both from the University of New Hampshire.
