Melody Mann is a PhD student in the Special Education program in the College of Education at the University of 浪花直播. She received her BA Child & Adolescent Development for Teacher Preparation with a minor in Early Childhood Special Education from San Jos茅 State University, MS Special Education for Mild to Moderate Disabilities from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, and her MA Psychology with an emphasis on Development and Cognition at the University of Hawai驶i at M膩noa. In her academic programs, Melody has explored cultural and linguistic diversity through the lens of inclusion and accessibility for learners of all backgrounds using a psychological, developmental, cognitive, and community-based approach. In her doctoral research, she hopes to better understand the experiences of Punjabi (South Asian) families as they navigate special education.
